Things stored on your device

With Preferences on, the homepage remembers the name you typed so the dashboard can fill it in after you sign up. It's kept only until you close the tab. With Preferences off, you just type it again.

Other sites

Pages can show pictures from Discord's servers (avatars and server icons) when someone adds a Discord card. Your browser fetches those from Discord, which may log the request like any website does. Stellic doesn't load any other third-party scripts or trackers.
